Privacy

This policy is a placeholder and is not legal advice. It describes what the site does today so the page is truthful, but it must be reviewed and completed by the business owner (and, where the owner is a minor, by the responsible adult) before launch.

What this site collects today

The demo bag stores product IDs and quantities in your browser’s local storage so it survives a page reload. Removing items clears them from the bag. Inventory administration saves product information, change history and uploaded images on the development server. It does not collect customer orders or payment details. No analytics or advertising pixel is enabled.

What changes when the contact form is connected

The form asks for a name, an email address, an enquiry type and a message. It does not ask for an age, a birth date, a school or a location. When a submission provider is chosen, this section must name that provider, say where messages are stored and for how long, and explain how to ask for a message to be deleted.

In preview, copying an enquiry places the text on your clipboard only. Recipient addresses are saved in the local admin settings and are not shown publicly. Email delivery remains off until configured; the prepared email adapter uses Resend.

Analytics

The site has measurement hooks for page types and actions, but no analytics service receives them. They contain no names, email addresses, message text or raw URLs. If an analytics service is added later it must be configured for the audience and the selling regions, must be disabled until that configuration is complete, and must not include behavioural advertising aimed at children.

The shop

This concept store is not connected to a payment service. Before a live shop opens, this policy needs to describe the actual commerce provider, order data, payment processing, delivery partners and customer privacy choices.
